At Antler Artistry, we want you to enjoy your monthly art mail club subscription. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully so you know what to expect.
1. Subscriptions
- Our art mail club is a monthly subscription.
- Subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel before your renewal date.
- Example: If you signed up on 8th January, you must cancel before 8th February to avoid the next charge.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
- Cancelling does not affect orders already processed or shipped.
3. Refunds
- Payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable once processed.
- Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of:
- Billing errors
- Duplicate charges
- Any refund requests should be emailed to shannon@antlerartistry.co.uk.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- UK subscribers: Shipping is included in the subscription price. No additional charges apply.
- International subscribers: Shipping costs are paid at checkout and are non-refundable, even if delivery is delayed.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events.
